  • Unlike PU or polyester holds, RSTTR grip comes from the material core, not the surface, so it cannot polish away. And the material is free from any petrochemicals.

  • SandCore is our unpolishable and 100% fossil-free material. We describe it as "castable sandstone": holds that feel more rock-like, are gentler on skin, and do not develop a polished surface with wear. This means the texture and grip quality are maintained throughout the hold's entire lifespan.

  • Yes. We don’t add  plastic  or petrochemicals of any kind to our SandCore material.

    Apart from our Yellow (RAL 1023), for which we currently need 0.5 % of a synthetic and non-toxic pigment, our holds are produced without any petrochemicals.

  • They mount just as easily as conventional holds.

    All attachment points come with stainless steel washers. Our bolt-on footholds always include an additional screw hole, positioned at a minimum distance of 25 mm from the bolt to prevent interference with the T-nut.

  • Feedback from the field shows that gentle methods like warm water, brush and mild soap are normally enough. You can also use dishwasher, pressure washer, or ultrasonic bath.

  • Yes, it can be done. Be aware that our material is harder than PU, so the screw itself will wear down  and you'll need some effort to drive it in.

    We don’t add any petrochemicals to our SandCore material. This also applies to our pigments, unless labelled otherwise. Wherever possible, we use mineral pigments, keeping our holds fully fossil-free.

    The one current exception is Yellow RAL 1023, which can only be achieved with a synthetic but non-toxic pigment. Because of this, Yellow holds are 99.5% fossil-free rather than 100%; they remain fully non-toxic, just like all our other color variants. We're actively working on a fossil-free alternative for this color, too.

  • So far RSTTR sets are for indoor use only.

  • Yes, OEM production is one of RSTTR's core strategic directions, and we actively invite brands to collaborate.

    How it works:

    1. Optional first step: we cast directly into 1–2 of your existing silicone molds. This is quick and simple.

    2. Alternatively, or as the next step, you send us a 3D model, 3D scan, or foam model of your test shape.

    3. We check alignment with our design guide & produce a silicone mold.

    4. We cast a small batch of your holds in our SandCore material.

    5. You test the holds.

    6. We sign a collaboration agreement.

    7. You launch.
