Product descriptions, specifications, and availability may change at any time.Submitting an inquiry does not constitute a binding order until we confirm pricing, quantities, and shipping with you in writing.

3. Orders & Pricing

• Prices are provided on request and may vary depending on region, taxes, or shipping.

• All orders become binding only after written confirmation from us.

• Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

4. Shipping

We ship from Switzerland to the EU and other international destinations. Delivery times and shipping costs will be communicated during order confirmation.

5. Returns & Warranty

Returns must be agreed upon in advance. We follow applicable Swiss warranty law unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
Damage caused by improper use, incorrect installation, or normal wear is excluded.
